HITS offers all full-time employees two 401K programs. The first 401K is an employer only contribution based on a percentage of your salary. The second 401K is optional and consists of an employee contribution and a 50% employer match up to 6% of the employee's salary.

HITS uses a market value calculation to extend salary offers based on the industry averages of wages and hours for skills and experience. This same method is used during our semi-annual salary review process to determine if a salary increase is warranted.
