We work with most of the mainstream databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access, dBase/FoxPro, etc.

As an Oracle partner we can provide you with business solutions using Oracle's industry leading database, as well as applications using Oracle applications development tools. We can sell you Oracle product licenses such as Oracle 9i database, 9iAS application server, Oracle e-business suite, and other Oracle products at a discount.

We provide database administration staff augmentation support. We can provide on-site support consisting of a highly trained professional available every day to perform the tasks you need to make your business successful.

Our newest offering is our remote database support. With the wide spread use of the Internet and Virtual Private Network (VPN) we can securely administer a database from our headquarters in Peoria, IL. We provide three levels of remote support dictated by the amount of hours paid for and the desired service level agreement:

  • Dedicated - we perform periodic monitoring and maintenance on an agreed upon schedule; provide additional support for special projects, during emergencies, when staff is unavailable, etc; 24X7 support with highest service level agreement

  • Augmentation - we perform periodic maintenance on an agreed upon schedule; provide additional support in certain defined situations; 24X7 only for emergencies, routine problems are 10X5 with a lower service level agreement

  • Emergency - we work on problems only when called. Lowest service level agreement. 24X7 only for "true emergencies" (i.e. downed system); other problems are 10X5 with lowest service level agreement
